Chicken Pakora /chicken nuggets
I always want to eat something in the evening preferably fried snacks.. So today I made quick "chicken nuggets". Without further telling something , let's go directly to cooking.
Ingredients:
Chicken (250 grams)...cut into small pieces.
Eggs: 2
Chilli powder: 2 tbsp.
Garlic and ginger paste: 2 tbsp.
Kashmiri Lanka Powder: 1 tbsp.
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Rice powder: 1 tablespoon
Corn flower: 2 tbsp Soya sauce: 2 tbsp (optional)
White oil for frying.
Salt to taste
Method:
Marinate chicken pieces with red chillies, garlic, ginger paste, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder.
Leave for 1 hour.
After 1 hour fry the chicken pakoras in deep oil by adding egg, flour, rice powder, corn flour (measurement mentioned above) and soy sauce a little before frying. When the oil is hot, reduce the gas and fry slowly so that the inside is cooked well. These pakoras are very fluffy and delicious.
Evening chats with hot tea or coffee accompanied by delicious hot chicken pakoras.....really unimaginable.
