MANGO DESSERT/MANGO DESSERT IN 10 MINUTES/MANGO KALAKAND

 


In summer I am always waiting for my favorite fruits i. e. obviously mango and litchi.We can collect 

  so many varieties of mangoes from our local market .But in our backyard garden there are 2 to 3 mango trees.It makes me pleasure to collect ripe mangoes from our garden. Me and my husband go to our garden to collect mangoes ☺.I am eager to make mango sweets out of that.

Today I am sharing an easy dessert where there is not need of cottage cheese or paneer ,something like

 that .We only need ingredients which are easily found in our kitchen. 



Here  is the easy recipe  of mango dessert 

INGREDIENTS:There are only 4 ingredients we want to make.

Milk : 1/2 liter

Mango : 1 ( a good quality of ripe mango)

Sugar : 1/2 cup 

Dry milk powder: 1/2 cup

FOR TOPPINGS: 

Almond : thinly sliced 1/2 handful.

Raisins: 8 to 10 thinly sliced.



HOW TO MAKE : I use a non stick pan to make the dessert . Ready the pulp of mango and keep aside, you can make pulp with the help of your hand or by using mixer. 



 Place a nonstick pan on gas and switch on the gas. First pour little water on pan ,it will help the milk  not to catch the base of pan .



. Now add 1/2 liter milk in pan .When milk start to boil add mango pulp and stir.You handle it with

 patience .Continuous stirring is the main process in this sweet dish.


  



After 5 to 7 minutes milk and mango pulp start to become thick.Add sugar now ,here not to need more

 sugar because of ripe mango.




The result is a creamy texture.Be careful that there will be no lumps at all. Now add dry milk powder

 and again stir. This will give a better taste in dessert.


After that you will observe a beautiful yellow mango color comes out from the mixture.




At the time when all mixture turns in thick textured switch off the gas. Grease a glass plate with deshi

 ghee and distribute all sliced dry fruits on it.


Spread ready mixture on distributed dry fruits .The thickness of mixture should be 1/2 inch at least.

Give resting time for 1 hour .After 1 hour turn the ready dessert front side up , so that dry fruits come

 on the top of dessert.

Our mango sweet is ready ,cut in small pieces according to your choice.

Serve and enjoy mango dessert.
